Wow! So much to do!

Let me just say, there are so many ways we can serve our church, our community, and the world right now! It's exciting! See below for some information and upcoming dates!

Feb 3rd – Deadline for coats/blankets donations for Faith Mission. We also need a few volunteers to take everything we collect and drop it off at the mission. Let Candice know if you are interested.

Feb 3rd - We need volunteers to help serve at the Soup-er-Bowl! Please let Candice know if you are able to help or you can contact Neely at the church office.

Feb 10th - Quito Meeting
College trip: May 12 – 20
Cost: Aprox $1200
Scholarships can be requested through Missions Committee and if you are interested in fundraiser letters for family/friends you can get a sample from Bro Jeff.

Mar 15 – 22nd - SPRING BREAK!!!! New Orleans mission trip (construction only)
Cost : $150
Limited space is available, so please get with Candice or Josh ASAP if you are interested!

Kid Blast

What: Kid Blast
When: Wednesday October 31st - 6 to 8 Pm
Where: The FLiC

On Halloween night we are hosting a safe event for kids. There will be games and tons of candy for the kiddos. We need people to sign up to work 30 minute or 1 hour blocks between 6 and 8 PM. If you are available to help please e-mail or call Jeff White @ 940-692-4220.

Ben Milam Play Day

What: Ben Milam Play Day
When: Sunday Oct 21st - 2 to 4 PM
Where: The church (and surrounding neighborhood)

Our next big event is the Ben Milam Play Day. It is Sunday Oct 21 from 2 – 4 PM. We will bring a change of clothes, eat lunch at the church (Candice will make us something yummie!) and then pass out flyers @ 1 PM. We will play games with the kids that show up and serve cookies and lemonade. We are hoping to make this an on going ministry, so please be in prayer about that!
